The slow and steady pace of Tai Chi provides an enjoyable exercise, calming the mind, improving balance, reducing stress and developing suppleness. Tai Chi in often called meditation in motion.
This program teaches Tai Chi Chuan from the Cheng Ming system of internal Kung Fu, a traditional form with long Chinese lineage.

We also share a pot of green Chinese tea as part of each class.
