Leanne has come to us as an experienced yoga teacher with Yoga Australia. She has trained in an extensive array and diversity of yoga modalities, incorporating this knowledge and skills into her classes in her own unique and fun way. Her passion and focus is in educating people to move well in a safe and pain free range. Special attention is given to mindful awareness of and movement of your body leading into building strength in a healthy and safe manner.
All are most welcome as this class is suitable and adaptable to all levels.
