Please note Access Conditions as follows:
Under the current guidelines set out by the State Government and HCC, all visitors / participants and parents / carers of participants of Sunbury Neighbourhood House need to;
• If eligible be double Covid 19 vaccinated.
• Check In to Sunbury Community Centre using the
Services Victoria App or Kiosk.
• Have proof of double Covid 19 vaccination or medical exemption accompanied with photo ID to be shown to the Covid Check In Marshal.
• Remain socially distanced and practice good hand hygiene.

Booking Terms & Conditions
- Once this application is received by the Sunbury Neighbourhood House you will be advised of any further requirements or actions and your Booking will be confirmed via email.
- All hire rates will incur GST.
- Hirers are required to give a minimum of (1) week notice of cancellation.
- If after-hours access is required you will receive a document with instructions and building codes one week prior to your first booked in date, if you have not heard from us please make contact 9740 6978. These are only for the use of the hirer and must not be shared.
- A Covid Marshall must be appointed by each hirer, a declaration document will be sent with booking confirmation.
- Booking times must include actual room access time for set up and pack up, any overtime must be discussed immediately with the SNH Manager & will be billed accordingly. Please be aware bookings are arranged via a timetable and overtime may not be possible due to a following booking.
- Sunbury Neighbourhood House management, reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time.
